A very relaxing way to end my weekend. Modern hotel, magnificent location in the middle of jackson and decent staff. Location so close to Morahalom and a nearby restaurant and Szeged. 15 minutes walk to Mini Hungary Park.

One of the best aspects was the wonderful swimming pool that had warm water and was not crowded. Another great feature was that I got access to the spa regardless of the time I arrived and even after check-out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, providing us with sandwiches and fruits when we arrived late for dinner. The breakfast and dinner included in my stay were both delicious and had a variety of traditional Hungarian food. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was great.
Nothing, it is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was the exceptional attention to detail in the rooms. From the comfortable bed to the well-appointed amenities, everything was designed with guest comfort in mind. The value for money was incredible, especially considering the fantastic prices for massages at the spa. I had a therapeutic massage that was a bit intense, but for only $23, it was an absolute steal.
In terms of communication, I did face a slight challenge with the language barrier in the restaurant. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience in the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. They even provided a crib and small tub for our baby, which was a thoughtful touch. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options, with a wide variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep in the excellent bed.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault anything.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was great. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The best thing is that the hotel is directly connected to the thermal spa, which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed the complementary entrance and bathrobes, which saved us money. The spa area is great, with thermal water at 32 C, perfect for relaxing.
We had only one unpleasant experience during our stay. We didn't like that we had to pay extra for drinking water during dinner, which should be a basic service in any hotel.

We had a wonderful city trip with everything we needed at hand. the breakfast and dinner were included and offered a wide range of options to indulge in. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main sights. We also appreciated the complimentary bike rentals for exploring the city.
Staff communication was sometimes a bit difficult as not everyone spoke English. the cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better.
